Money Back Guarantee???
We know you will love your Echidna gear when it arrives, that is
why we offer a no questions asked money back guarantee. This means
you can order online, and if for any reason you are not happy with
your aussie t shirts you can return them for a full refund (minus shipping costs),
or exchange for another item of equivalent value. Just drop us an
email if you wish to do this. (note, obviously the shirt must still
be in “as new” condition when it is returned for full
refund.) This means Echidna Tees make great aussie gifts, as if they dont fit the recipient, they can just exchange it for something that does!

Check out our Size Guides.... they are very detailed and should
help you to be able to get the perfect fit.

Wrong Size?
If you've bought the wrong size or you're not happy with your purchase
you can return it for a full refund (excluding postage). Once we
receive your parcel we'll send the replacements or the refund. Let
us know by email; info@echidnaclothing.com
Will the Shirts Shrink?
We use top quality 100% combed cotton. Because of this you will
experience a minimal shrinkage of about 3% when the items are first
washed
How do I place an order?
Click on the design you like, select the size you want, add the
item. Then from there fill in the payment form and before you know
it your new threads will arrive at your door.
What can I pay with?
You can use most credit cards and also debit cards (Maestro etc)
too. . If you want to pay another way (e.g cheque, put the money
in our UK bank), Let us know and we will find a way to make it happen.
Can’t find your size?
We have a pretty broad size range, but if you want something else,
let us know and we will try and help out. With a bit of notice we
can usually sort out most requests.

FAQ’s
What are the shipping and handling costs?
As we are currently based in the UK, Shipping Costs depend on whether
you are in the UK or abroad. When you specify where your order is
going shipping will be calculated. However to simplify things: UK
orders: £2.99, all other countries are £3.99.
How is my order shipped?
UK orders are sent my registered mail, which means that someone
must sign for the delivery. If there is no one at your house, the
postal service will keep the parcel at your local Post Office until
you can go and collect it. To make things easier it sometimes helps
to get delivered to your work address/ friends work address where
you know there will be someone to sign. International orders are
sent by airmail directly too specified shipping address.
When will my order arrive?
UK deliveries take 1-3 days. Orders to Aussie or rest of world can
take between 7-12 days. We do our best to process orders on the
next day after we get them, so can be wearing your new threads as
quickly as possible.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in the world…. If you live there, we can
deliver to you!
My Order Hasn’t Arrived?
We use registered post, so just drop us an email and we can track
it for you... email info@echidnaclothing.com
and we will get it sorted for you.
My package has arrived but it's damaged
If your purchase arrives damaged, we will refund your payment or
send out another order. Just email us the details and we will contact
you to sort things out.

How secure is my payment?
We use a system called Roman Cart, to process your order, and then
we use PayPal to actually process your card payments. We use PayPal
which is one of the safest ways to buy online. PayPal is a 3rd party
payment system that is the worlds leading online payment system.
We never get to see your card details; these are used by PayPals
